Job Description:

Responsible for working with other office personnel, company sales representatives, service technicians, and installation technicians. Front office supervisors play a critical role in integrating the roles, needs, and production of all inner company departments. Front office supervisors also responsible for working with the company’s vendors, manufacturers, and other suppliers to ensure the needs of all departments are met. Front office supervisors must posses the ability to communicate clearly, while being patient and professional at all times.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience customer service and/or office supervision
  • Highly developed sense of integrity
  • Self motivating
  • Highly detail orientated
  • Understand of daily office operations
  • Experience in QuickBook
  • Must be able to pass company background check, with no prior criminal convictions, pending criminal charges, or active arrest warrants
Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones, track messages, and direct calls to appropriate departments or people
  • Organize and distribute mail, emails, faxes, and memos
  • Handle billing and petty cash
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Handle weekly expense and commission spreadsheets
  • Assist in the hiring, scheduling, and training employees
  • Assign specific tasks, duties, and responsibilities to office staff
  • Responsible for making travel plans, booking hotels, reserving airfare, and other travel needs for work related commitments
  • Basic office responsibilities including, but not limited to, writing reports and filing
  • Working with QuickBooks
Skills:
  • Strong communications and listening skills
  • Solid analytical abilities and decision making capabilities
  • Posses computer skills
Educational Requirements:
  • High School diploma
