Job Description:

To acts as a continual security presence for our clients and their assets. Operators must be the liaison between our clients, guard personnel, and law enforcement. Operators must provide law enforcement with critical information gathered and reported via observed and documented irregular site activities. Operators must be able to professionally assist clients, guards, and law enforcement personnel in the gathering and reporting of sensitive information. Operators must possess a patient and friendly attitude during high-stress situations. Operators MUST have a willingness to work flexible schedules to include holidays.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Ability to learn and understand basic computer training on a unique operating system(s)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor multiple customer sites via camera systems (referred to as virtual "rounds" of site)
  • Document and report on virtual rounds performed
  • Document and report any irregular activity observed during virtual rounds
  • Continually check and troubleshoot existing software’s for proper performance (training is provided)
  • Assist clients, guard personnel, and law enforcement personnel with date requests and product information
  • Complete data and client updates on computer systems
  • Working knowledge of basic computer skills (i.e. email systems, following basic computer commands, etc.)
  • Customer relations skills involved in both verbal and written contact with clients and law enforcement personnel
  • Basic office skills including, but not limited to answering phones, taking messages, inputting data, creating written reports, and filing
Educational Requirements:
