Overview

Responsible for acting as a liaison between our clients, manufacturers, vendors, and our company. Customer service representatives must will willing and able to assists with client concerns, orders, account questions, billing inquiries, and other queries. Representatives must be able to professionally handle all requests and situations with a patient and friendly attitude to ensure a prompt and thorough resolution.


Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Previous experience in customer relations
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Solid decision making and analytical abilities
  • Highly detail orientated
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills
  • Basic understanding of daily office operations
  • Ability to learn basic computer training on a unique operating system(s)
  • Must be able to pass company background check, with no prior criminal convictions, pending criminal charges, or active arrest warrants

Job Responsibilities

  • Confer with clients by telephone and in person in order to provide information about company products and services, and obtain information regarding client concerns
  • Create and keep track of client contact records regarding client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, concerns, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Resolve client’s services and/or billing concerns using client records and accounting systems
  • Track and follow up on all customer concerns to ensure an appropriate resolution
  • Respond to clients in a timely manner to address all questions, concerns, service requests, and product inquiries
  • Complete contract forms, prepare account data updates, issue service orders, and create bid forms using computers
  • Answer phones
  • Assist vendors, clients, potential clients, manufacturers, Central Command operators, service technicians, and installation technicians in product information and testing
  • Work with QuickBooks to assist clients and vendors with account payment information
  • Ordering installation products, office equipment and products, and service parts
